Is there a way to download quiz results in New Quizzes?
No, currently, it is only possible to view, but not download, the Quiz and Item Analysis Report. However, this is a feature idea/theme that Canvas has prioritized for development as of June 2023, Improve quiz analysis through robust reporting Links to an external site.. The Bruin Learn CoE team is monitoring this and will update our resources upon any changes.
Can I pull a report that shows which students have completed a quiz?
Instead of using Reports, go to the Moderate feature in New Quizzes to view a list of students and filter by Submitted.

Is there a way to filter the Quiz and Item Analysis by section?
No, not at this time, though it is an enhancement that many educators have requested and is being developed as part of a set of improvements Links to an external site. that Canvas is making to New Quizzes the Item Analysis feature.
Is there a way to tell if a student has left or clicked out of a quiz?
Not at this time. This is a feature of the Classic Quizzes Activity Log, but has not yet been included in the New Quizzes Log. It is part of a Feature Theme that Canvas has identified, Expand capabilities in quiz moderation with easier access to information Links to an external site..
