Who to contact for each type of question and response time expectations.

Enrollment in Stats classes questions: The student affairs officer of the Department of Statistics. The department wants you to use the UCLA Message Center for questions about enrollment.
Course content (understanding questions, not grading): weekly Q&A, Professor or TA (attend live office hours, zoom TA sessions, or, if emailing, use the Inbox on the left navigation bar, and expect an answer within 24 hours Monday to Friday between 8 and 6 PM, longer if during weekends or holidays.)
Bruinlearn web site content questions or comments, typos, deadlines: email Dr. Sanchez - Use Inbox in left-navigation bar. Dr. Sanchez manages and administers the page and curates the Active learning activities. The quickest way to get things solved is by emailing Dr. Sanchez because she can change it. Others can't.
Administrative (non-enrollment) questions related to the class (other than course content): email Dr. Sanchez (expect an answer within 24 hours Monday to Friday between 8 and 6 PM). The IT support center now provides 24/7 phone support for UCLA Logon ID lookups and password resets, or multi-factor authentication (MFA)/Duo assistance.
