STAND for All

Thank you for your interest in the STAND for All program.

Our online program is designed to provide you with practical skills and strategies for managing common challenges such as low mood, worry, sleep difficulties, panic, and social discomfort. We offer self-guided treatment lessons with the option of coaching. Our lessons are grounded in evidence-based cognitive-behavioral techniques and are aimed at equipping you with tools to enhance your mood and overall well-being.

STAND for All is an early intervention and prevention approach to wellness, suitable for those seeking to build resilience and reduce mild or moderate signs of depression and anxiety.

Please note that this program is not suitable for individuals experiencing severe symptoms or a mental health crisis, and it is not intended to replace clinical services. If you are in a mental health crisis or have thoughts of self-harm or harm to others, please call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 988 or emergency services at 911.
